Dawn GarrettWright received her BSN and MSN in Nursing Education from Western Kentucky University Dr GarrettWright completed her PhD in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2008 In addition she completed a certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Louisville in 2014 Dr GarrettWright is certified as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and by the National League for Nursing as a Certified Nurse EducatorDr GarrettWright is a Professor in the School of Nursing at WKU teaching in both the Prelicensure and Graduate programs She currently teaches Evidence Based Practice and Mental Health Nursing for undergraduate students and a variety of courses in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program
