Biosketch
As Chief Administrative Officer for the Public Health Accreditation Board, Mark is responsible for the management and administration of business operations including financial planning, information systems planning, and the development, evaluation, and implementation of PHAB’s overall business and financial strategy.
Mark came to PHAB with a background in growing organizations in early stage development across a variety of industries. Positions held include Chief Operations Officer of Olympus Group, a high growth software company, Vice President of Service Delivery for Core, Inc., a disability management company for Fortune 100 companies, and founding member of Time Critical Decisions, LLC, a satellite telecommunications reseller. This wide industry experience and the cross-functional nature of positions held in the past, as well as entrepreneurial drive, provides a unique ability and insight to grow the business operations for the Public Health Accreditation Board.
Mark received his MBA from the University of Baltimore with a specialization in Finance.
