Biosketch
Dr. Dwan R. Perry received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.Va. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He also holds a subspecialty certification in sports medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Perry’s clinical interests include nonsurgical orthopaedics such as sports injuries, overuse injuries, arthritis and other musculoskeletal complaints. Other interests include sports concussion, mild traumatic brain injury, electrodiagnostic medicine, regenerative medicine and ultrasound guided injections procedures.
Dr. Perry has previous work experience providing medical support for the New Orleans Saints training camp, the PGA Tour's Greenbrier Classic, the World Kickboxing Association’s US Team Trials and UFC Fight Night. He has also served as team physician for the Virginia Tech Hokies and Lincoln Memorial University Railsplitters.
