Biosketch
Lynn Hundley APRN, CNRN, CCNS, ANVP-BC is the Clinical Effectiveness Director of Stroke Care at Norton Healthcare. She has 30 years of experience in nursing and neuroscience, with a focus on providing patients superior stroke care. Lynn obtained her BSN from Indiana University Southeast, where she was recognized as a distinguished alumnus in 2012. She obtained her MSN from University of Louisville, in Kentucky in 2009 and achieved board certification as a clinical nurse specialist (CCNS). She completed the NET SMART fellowship in 2014 and achieved board certification as an Advanced Neurovascular Practitioner in January. Lynn’s commitment to improving care stretches beyond her duties at work, she is on the board of directors for the Kentuckiana Stroke Association where she was recognized as the honoree at their annual gala in 2014. She is a past president of the American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (ABNN), a past director at large for the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) and is now serving as president of the Agnes Marshall Walker foundation (AMWF). Along with serving as faculty for all 5 years of the AHA/ASA stroke coordinator boot camps, Lynn is on two AHA/ASA committees, Mission: Lifeline Stroke and Nursing and Rehab Professionals. Lynn received the Distinguished Achievement award from AHA/ASA’s Great Rivers Affiliate in 2015. She continues to share her expertise regionally and nationally on many stroke related topics.
