Philip A. Fields, PharmD

Philip Fields is the Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Operations at the University of Kentucky’s Chandler Medical Center. He has been the Director of Operations at UK since March of 2015. Philip received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky and his Masters of Healthcare Administration from Marshall University. Prior to his current position, Philip served as the Associate Director of Sterile Products and Pharmacy Operations at UK. His professional background also includes experience in perioperative pharmacy practice. As part of his current role, Philip serves as the pharmacy lead for the Drug Shortage Task Force at UK.
