Biosketch
Keisa Fallin-Bennett is an associate professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Kentucky. She earned an MD and Masters's in Public Health at the University of Kentucky, completed a residency in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and a fellowship in faculty development and health policy at Georgetown University. Dr. Fallin-Bennett is the director of the Transform Health initiative and its LGBTQ+ clinic at the University of Kentucky. She also works as a buprenorphine provider with the SMART (Supportive Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Treatment) Clinic. Her special interests are LGBTQ+ health, substance use disorders, inter-professional teamwork, and medical education.
