Grace Lim, MD, MS

Dr. Grace Lim is an obstetric anesthesiologist, physician-scientist, and national leader in maternal health innovation. She serves as the Principal Investigator of the ELEVATE project, a patient-centered research initiative focused on improving pain management and communication during cesarean delivery. Dr. Lim is also President-Elect of the Society for Obstetric Anesthesia and Perinatology (SOAP), where she leads efforts to advance evidence-based, equitable care for pregnant and postpartum patients. Her work bridges clinical care, research, and advocacy --always centered on what matters most to patients and families.
