Biosketch
Detective Lynn has over 44 years’ experience in the fields of emergency medical response and law enforcement. He currently serves as a Detective with the Special Victim’s Unit, within the Frankfort Police Department, and Chairperson for the Kentucky Statewide Human Trafficking Task force. He is a national and international speaker on the topics of human trafficking and criminal justice training.
