Keisha Yates, CBD, CLC, CBE

Keisha Yates was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She's been married to her husband, Richard, for 11 years, and she is the mother of two wonderful sons and an amazing daughter. Keisha enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. Keisha attends church regularly at Southeast Christian Church. Keisha is a DONA-trained full spectrum Doula, and Postpartum Doula trained through Black Birth Justice since 2013. She has attended many births and has helped many women have great pregnancy outcomes. Her passion as a doula is to help bring babies into the world as safely as possible. For Keisha, being a doula is important because she can be the bridge between patients and the healthcare teams. "My goal is to make the patients' birth experience as safe as possible and memorable." Keisha looks forward to bringing her experience to the team and patient, and partnering with the community.
