Biosketch
Dr. Saurav Das completed his fellowship in Vascular Neurology at Washington University in St Louis and works as an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at University of Kentucky. His research interests include outcomes in large vessel occlusion strokes, patho-mechanisms of cerebral small vessel vasculopathy, neuro-intervention training for neurologists, and addressing stroke disparities.
He enjoys teaching residents and students and was awarded the prestigious A B Baker Teacher recognition award by the American Academy of Neurology in 2022. He serves as a member of American Heart Association early career committee.
