Biosketch
Joel Boltinghouse is currently the executive director of Behavioral Services of Louisiana. BSLA is the state-wide Family Support Organization, which offers peer services to youth and families under the Coordinated System of Care. Joel has worked in mental health and education for almost 30 years in Louisiana, Texas, Germany and Massachusetts. He is the parent of two children with medical and educational challenges, so he is passionate about his work. In his free time, Joel likes to play guitar, ride bicycles and spend time with his family.
