Alison received her Bachelor's in Psychology from Colgate University, her Master in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Vermont. Alison's clinical experience focused on children and families, and she was one of the first clinician's in Vermont to pilot the CANS as a part of the state's Integrating Family Services program. She quickly recognized the utility of the tool and has carried the TCOM philosophy with her from that individual level, to the program level, as a Quality Manager for a community mental health agency, and now at the system level, as the Director of Quality and Accountability for the Department of Mental Health. Alison's expertise focuses on program evaluation, suicide prevention, value based payment models and collaborative clinical practices.
