Biosketch
Alacia L. Eicher is a Senior Applied Learning and Development Specialist for the Allegheny County Department of Human Services in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Alacia works to support the efforts of transformation and integration across systems through workforce development and project management. Ms. Eicher has developed training and coaching curricula for a wealth of initiatives including the Common Assessment Tools used across various DHS offices (ANSA, CANS, FAST), Train the Trainer programs, Service Planning workshops and more. She also supports parallel efforts in Allegheny County by serving as the project manager for the Common Assessment Tools. In this role she leads a team in the planning and implementation of adjacent initiatives, including CQI processes, the engagement and sustainment of the Assessment Champions, and the roll out and development of analytic dashboards. In the recent past, Alacia completed the Allegheny County DHS Leadership Fellow Program and assisted with analyzing and developing solutions to complex system problems. Alacia has a history working with families, adults and transitional age youth through service coordination at Turtle Creek Valley Community Services and has obtained her Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Training.
