Biosketch
Ms. Rodarte has worked extensively with sexually exploited youth and youth in foster care for over 20 years as a direct service provider, advocate, and program leader. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice Criminal Law from San Jose State University. Adela has focused her career on advocating for at risk youth, specializing in serving commercially sexually exploited minors. She has worked at WestCoast Children's Clinic for more than 10 years, most recently as Program Director for WestCoast's Transition Age Youth Services Program, which includes C-Change, an intensive mental. health program for youth experiencing sexual exploitation. She also provides training and consultation to help service providers improve their ability to serve sexually exploited minors.
