Biosketch
Terri is a nurse leader with over forty years of experience in health care. She graduated as a Diploma Nurse from St Luke’s Methodist Hospital School of Nursing and Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and then earned a BSN and an MSN Administration from the University of Texas in Arlington, Texas.
All of her nursing background has been in the area of Women’s and Children’s services with the majority of her career spent in a nursing leadership capacity. Her professional career lead her to nursing opportunities in Iowa, Texas, and California. Most recently Terri spent twenty-seven years as a Director of Women’s and Children’s Services in South Orange County, California.
Terri’s passion has always been in the area of performance improvement and the importance of using data to drive QI. Terri joined the CMQCC team in January 2018 when presented with an opportunity to expand her scope of improving health care to women throughout the state of California.
