Lance Poston, PhD

Dr. Lance Poston currently serves as the as the Executive Director for Inclusive Health and Campus Partnerships at the University of Kentucky. In this capacity, he leads three university-wide diversity and inclusion units: the Office of LGBTQ* Resources, the Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives, and Inclusive Health Partnerships. He also manages public relations, marketing, and strategic community outreach efforts for the Institutional Diversity
division. In addition to his administrative role, Dr. Poston holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Gender and Women's Studies, College of Arts and Sciences.
