Biosketch
Dr. Koran received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School in 1966. After completing his residency at Stanford, Dr. Koran served as Assistant and Associate Professor at the State University of New York at Stonybrook until 1977, when he returned to Stanford. Since that time he has served as Associate Professor and Professor of Psychiatry (Clinical) at the Stanford University Medical Center. In 1982 he was accorded the honor of Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has directed the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Clinic at Stanford since 1988.
