Frankie Haynes, BS, MSW (c)

Upon completion of a BS in Public Health at Western Kentucky University, Frankie began her career as a Health Educator at the Barren River District Health Department. She is pursuing an MSW at the University of Kentucky.

After attending the National Harm Reduction Conference in 2018, she found her passion for Harm Reduction and is currently the Harm Reduction Coordinator for the Barren River District.
