Biosketch
Mark grew up in a small town in eastern Kentucky. He moved to Lexington in 1979 to begin his undergraduate work in civil engineering at the University of Kentucky. Upon graduation, he began a career in consulting engineering in Winchester and also began the pursuit of a Master's degree in Business Administration again at UK.
In 1994, he moved from consulting engineering to his current role in photogrammetry and geospatial services. These are "big" words that describe the field of mapping. Today, he is Senior Vice President of Quantum Spatial, North America's largest geospatial services firm, where he manages global services and overall marketing.
Mark lives in Nicholasville with his wife and extended family that includes daughters, step-sons, and grandchildren.
