Biosketch
Morgan Turner is the Health Education Assistant at the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky. He is a graduate of Tates Creek High School and a Special Olympics athlete and athlete ambassador for Kentucky. He serves as a strong self-advocate and has worked across multiple projects at HDI focusing on health, inclusion, leadership, and supported decision-making.
