Biosketch
Tierra Pinkins is the Program Director of the Great Lakes Practice Transformation Network, a 4-year $46 million program funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She has an undergraduate degree in Health Services Management and Masters degree in Public Health (Social and Behavioral Sciences). She has worked in healthcare quality improvement (inpatient and outpatient), hospital and rehabilitation facility accreditation, compliance, health education and managed programs ranging from telehealth to health insurance navigation. Tierra focuses on utilizing her experiences working within health care systems to apply innovation and implementation science to bridge the gap between research and care delivery to improve the health and healthcare of ALL.
