Biosketch
Hanine El Haddad is currently an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Kentucky. She holds a MD degree from the Lebanese University - School of Medicine. She completed an Internal Medicine residency at the Northwell health system, Staten Island University, residency program as well as an Infectious Diseases fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine; a Joint Program with MD Anderson Cancer Center, with a focus on Immunocompromised Infectious Diseases. She joined the University of KY in 2017 as medical director for transplant infectious diseases. Since then she is heavily involved in clinical service of Immunocompromised Infectious Diseases. In addition, she is currently medical director for the Division of Infection Prevention and Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship.
Clinical interests include infections in immunocompromised patients.
