Randy Rosen, MD

Randy Rosen, MD graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He did his residency and Nephrology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He was in the private practice of Nephrology for 23 years in Allentown, PA, and 3 years in Lexington, KY. He currently works for Optum/EHR as a medical necessity expert for the past 5 years with the last two being onsite at the University of Kentucky doing medical necessity evaluation. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
