Biosketch
Fred is a certified planner and LEED Accredited Professional with more than 14 years of experience in environmental analysis, programmatic strategy, and project management. He has successfully directed the preparation of dozens of environmental analyses through the CEQA and NEPA processes, and has developed program oversight and execution strategies for remediation projects conducted under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Fred has assisted clients with navigating the siting and permitting processes for renewable energy development, has prepared feasibility studies and evaluated potential long-term opportunities for international energy development and partnering, and has helped clients negotiate their linear infrastructure projects through the full project life cycle, from initial routing analysis through operation and maintenance. His work has also included facility decommissioning and property disposal/reuse planning for energy facilities no longer determined to be viable. Fred has managed projects throughout North America and has worked with all levels of government to obtain the necessary regulatory approvals. Fred holds a Master of City Planning from U.C., Berkeley, and a B.S. in Environmental Policy from the University of Tulsa.
