Biosketch
Dr. Delisle earned a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship with Dr. Craig January at the University of Wisconsin and joined the faculty there for two years before returning to Kentucky.
Areas of expertise include ion channels, inherited cardiac arrhythmia syndromes, and cardiac mechanisms associated with stillbirth and sudden infant death syndrome. His research program has been supported by grants from the Kentucky Science and Engineering Foundation, the Saving tiny Hearts Society American Heart Association, and NIH.
