Hannah Johnson, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP

Dr. Hannah Johnson received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and subsequently completed a pharmacy practice and specialty residency at UK HealthCare. She currently co-coordinates the Integrated Drugs and Disease 4 – Psychiatry course for PY3 students. Dr. Johnson has an active clinical practice at the UK HealthCare Supportive Mental Health and Addiction Recovery Treatment program (SMART Clinic) where she provides pharmaceutical care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. She also precepts APPE students and both first- and second-year pharmacy residents.
