Jitesh A. Patel, MD

Jitesh A. Patel, MD, received his medical degree from UMDNJ, Rutgers Medical School, Piscataway, N.J. He then completed his residency in General Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. During his residency, he dedicated an additional year of training for research at the University of Pittsburgh. He then completed a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine.

Patel is board certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS). He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
