Jana B. Bray, BA

Jana Bray is the Community Relations Director at Rockcastle Regional Hospital & Respiratory Care Center. She leads a team of marketing and community outreach specialists and manages all internal and external communications and events for the organization.

Directing Community Relations at Rockcastle Regional since 2014, Bray has learned, many times through trial and error, best practices for reaching out to a rural community and how working as a multi-disciplinary team is key to reducing barriers to care and health education. Graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, KY with bachelor degrees in history and social science, Bray began her career in the banking industry as a business development officer and financial educator. She changed career paths when the CR Director position opened up at Rockcastle Regional and gave her the opportunity to work in the town she lived and provided her the ability to make a difference every day in her community.
