Ben Yandell, PhD, CQE

Dr. Ben Yandell is System Associate Vice President of Clinical Information Analysis with Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. His group maintains the largest hospital quality report available to the public in the U.S. Before coming to Norton, Ben was the principal assistant to the Commissioner of Health for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Before that, he was a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Kentucky, where he conducted research and taught undergraduate and graduate courses, including statistics and research methods. Dr. Yandell holds a doctorate in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Certified Quality Engineer through the American Society for Quality.
