Biosketch
Dr. Carter earned a DO from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine-Midwestern University, in Downers Grove, Illinois, and completed a residency at Provident Medical Center, in Chicago, Illinois. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics.
Clinical interests include Air Medical Care and Transport and Pediatric Emergency Care.
Dr. Carter is a longtime PALS instructor and has completed the entire PFCCS course. He regularly teaches as core faculty for both the EM and pediatric residencies and especially enjoys teaching pediatric emergency medicine.
