Biosketch
Before joining the Kentucky Board of Nursing, Mr. Ransdell worked for twelve years as an attorney with the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights and for five years as an attorney with the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office.
Mr. Ransdell holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky.
During his twenty-two years of legal practice, Mr. Ransdell has concentrated in the areas of employment law and professional licensure litigation.
