Deb McGrath

Over the past 22 years, Deb has overseen every aspect of this non-profit organization. She is responsible for managing an annual operating budget of $600,000, supervising a staff of seven dedicated individuals who serve the more than 153,000 children, adults, and veterans living with epilepsy and those who care for them, in Kentucky and southern Indiana.

She has served on numerous national Epilepsy Foundation committees and received national recognition in 2002, 2006, and 2007 as the “Advocate of the Year” for Excellence in Advocacy. Deb’s unwavering spirit to advocate for clients on a case-by-case basis, as well as to improve public policy on a state and national level, is a testament to the commitment she has for this special population.

Her passion has been fueled by her daughter’s diagnosis and fight against epilepsy.
