Biosketch
Program Director for University of Kentucky PATHways program and PATHHome Intervention Team. Jason Joy, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, has over 25 years’ experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. He has a Master’s of Science in Family Studies from the University of Kentucky and licensed in the state of Kentucky as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Jason’s undergraduate studies at Indiana Wesleyan University included a Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling and Psychology.
Jason has been advancing the care of patients with substance use disorders at the University of Kentucky for over 10 years. He has been instrumental in expanding the UK PATHways model into UK Morehead Women’s Center and 8 additional PATHHome study sites. He is joined in his efforts by a top notch team of Nurse Navigators, Counselors and Peer Support Specialists
