Pain Evaluation During Infancy thru Adolescence: Treatment Impact and Consideration, also known as PEDIATRIC, is a one-hour webinar designed to help you in addressing the concepts of pain, non-pharmacologic therapies, and the prescribing opioids in pediatric populations. This course is based on the FDA’s Opioid Analgesic REMS Education Blueprint for Health Care Providers Involved in the Treatment and Monitoring of Patients with Pain, with the goal of reducing serious adverse outcomes resulting from inappropriate prescribing, misuse, and abuse of opioid analgesics, while maintaining patient access to appropriate pain medications. This course is available for House Bill 1 credit.
