Welcome to Pharmacy Fall Conference
This virtual conference was captured from the annual conference and is aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skill level of practicing pharmacists. Educational offerings have been designed to balance both broad primary and acute care scenarios. Topics and presenters have been selected to maximize practical knowledge and to empower participants to apply concepts within their own practices. Emphasis has been placed on therapeutic areas where recent advances or gains in knowledge have expanded current treatment guidelines.
The virtual conference can be viewed at no charge without CME or CPE credit. For those seeking credit, the activities can be purchased as a course for a fee of $60 or taken as individual offerings for a fee of $5 each.
