Overview
This in-person course aims to provide updated information on clinical sports medicine and state-of-the-art treatment strategies to those caring for an active population. This course provides the entire orthopaedic team with up-to-date information to best care for athletes. By focusing on care delivery from the time of injury (athletic trainers, team physicians) to peri-operative management (all) and rehabilitation (athletic trainers, physical therapists), we seek to optimize each stage of care, and best equip the treating team to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the patient’s recovery.
