The AEHR site of CECentral offers education options for our new electronic documentation system, Ambulatory Electronic Health Record or AEHR. With the July activation of APM (Ambulatory Practice Management) --the Registration and Scheduling portion of projectONE --that means we're also getting closer to the go-live of the clinics to use the AEHR!
As you may have heard, projectONE is the single patient record project initiated by UK HealthCare. It will encompass both the inpatient and outpatient care settings to create a single electronic health record across the UK HealthCare enterprise by the end of the implementation. The outpatient solution will be AEHR, while the inpatient solution will continue to be Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM).
This is an exciting time for UK HealthCare and we appreciate your support of this new approach to technology and patient care.

All other employees, including ancillary staff, medical records staff, front desk staff, etc. will take the View Only WBT.
Steps for Completion

Complete the appropriate online training from the list below.
- If you will attend the live training, watch the Navigation WBT and pass the posttest.
- If you will not attend the live training, watch the View Only WBT and pass the posttest.

Attend live training and skills assessments.
- Session 1: Initial Visit Documentation
- Session 2: Follow-up Visit Documentation
- Session 3: Assessment and Simulation
Please see your administrator to schedule your live training and skills assessment.
Request credit for live training modules.
- Claim CME Credit - Your class instructor will provide you with an activity code.
