Target Audience

Site visitors who have completed the in-person training conducted by PHAB.

Objectives

Upon completion of this educational activity, you will be able to:
  • Navigate and use the e-PHAB information system
  • Describe how the Team Chair assigns domains for pre-site visit review
  • Demonstrate how to build a site visit report
  • Select a pre-site visit score and review status after reviewing the documentation
