Biosketch
Diana Doggett has worked as a Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent for 16 years in Central Kentucky. She is currently a member of the UK Commonwealth Collaborative team, Jumpin’ Jaguars, providing nutrition education programming for parents of students selected for this pilot program at the William Wells Brown Elementary School. She works with professional, government, business, and volunteer groups to set goals, plan and implement local and statewide health, parenting, and financial planning programs. Diana has served as the state coordinator for the 2nd Sunday Built Environment and Physical Activity program, an initiative that engages families, agencies, businesses and local government in the promotion of improvement and expansion of Kentucky’s built environment and increased physical activity. Diana is a graduate of Lexington, Central Kentucky, and Kentucky Leadership programs and served as President of the Kentucky Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Kentucky.
