Biosketch
Dr. Kelly’s research interests and projects have focused on the effectiveness of antipsychotic treatments for people with schizophrenia. She is performing many studies regarding clinical outcomes of novel antipsychotic medications, including weight gain and metabolic issues, prolactin related adverse events and sexual functioning, and cardiovascular-related morbidity and mortality. She is also working on projects related to appropriate dosing and plasma level relationships of antipsychotic mediations, racial and cultural disparities in treatment, and adjunct strategies in treatment-resistant schizophrenia.
