Dr. Manchikanti is the Medical Director of the Pain Management Center of Paducah and Ambulatory Surgery Center in Paducah, Kentucky, encompassing a multidisciplinary pain program. He is also Associate Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine of the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.
