François Chartier is considered internationally as one of the leading researchers in the creation of recipes and wine and food harmonies. Robert M. Parker, Jr. says he is a "Pure Genius!", And Ferran Adrià and Juli Soler, from elBulli, call him "The Number One Expert in Flavor".
Having never stopped searching and renewing himself since he won the prestigious prize for Best Sommelier in the World (Grand Prix Sopexa, 1994 Paris), the first results of his research in " harmonies and sommellerie aromatiques " - discipline that 'he created in 2004 - were published in his book Papilles et Molécules , awarded Best Cookbook in the world, category Innovation , Gourmand World Cookbook Awards , in 2010 in Paris.
Thanks to its aromatic knowledge of food and wine, Chartier has launched a range of wines selected and assembled "by and for" the pleasures of the table, to reach more easily, and every time, the harmony wines and dishes and which are available in Quebec at the SAQ and in Alberta.
