Biosketch
Dr. Bryce Robinson is an Associate Professor of Surgery and the Assistant Medical Director of Trauma at the University Hospital of the University of Cincinnati. He is a co-‐author of the 2013 Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Management of Pain, Agitation, and Delirium in Adult Patients in the Intensive Care Unit by the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Robinson’s research interests include sedation, resuscitation and lung injury after trauma.
Dr. Robinson was born in Akron, Ohio and received his B.S. degree from Miami University and his M.D degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his surgical training at the Rush University Medical Center – John H Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County Program and then served as a Surgical Critical Care Fellow at the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Robinson is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, the Association for Academic Surgery, and the Central Surgical Association. He currently serves as the Vice-‐ Chair of the Ohio Committee on Trauma, the Co-‐Chair of the Ohio Process Improvement Subcommittee for the OhioTrauma Committee, and Chair of the Tri-‐State Trauma Coalition.
