The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor Continuing Medical Education for physicians.

The University of Kentucky College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of (7.75) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ on Friday, May 16, 2008, and (3.5) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ on Saturday, May 17, 2008, for a total of (11.25) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Each physician should claim only those credits actually spent in the educational activity.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee includes all lectures, educational materials, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks and a certificate of attendance.  Please call (859) 257-5320 ext. 80337 if you wish to verify we have received your registration by mail or fax.  All online registrations will automatically receive a confirmation via email.

Physician:
$225 advance registration
$250 on-site registration

Non-physician:
$125 advance registration
$150 on-site registration

Student:
$ 65 registration

A refund (less a $25 processing fee) will be made if notice of withdrawal is received by
