Leslie Crofford, MD

Dr. Crofford earned her MD from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences College of Medicine in Memphis and completed her residency at Washington University in St. Louis. She completed a fellowship at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda. Dr. Crofford is certified in received special training in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
Clinical interests include Connective Tissue Diseases, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis and Rheumatic Diseases.

Dr. Tannock is part of the Endocrinology Department for the UK Chandler Medical Center. She is an assistant professor in the UK College of Medicine, the Graduate Center for Nutritional Sciences, and a Fellow of the American Heart Association.
