Overview

The overarching theme for this conference is innovation in cardiovascular disease. Lunch will be held in the Phoenix Dining Room at Keeneland for the additional fee of $50. Please note the following dress code for the Phoenix Room: Gentlemen - collared shirt, dress slacks, coat and tie are optional; Ladies - dresses, pantsuits, capris.  No denim of any color, athletic attire, athletic shoes, or open shoes.

General Admission tickets are available for registered attendees at no charge. Please indicate when registering if you would like one of these tickets.
