Needs Statement

With rising healthcare costs, employers must find ways to reduce the cost of healthcare while maintaining, if not improving, the health services to its employees. An industrial health program, which includes a wellness program and uses telehealth technology, can expand the reach of services to all employees and dependents. This example actually has had a one year decrease in health costs to the company while dramatically expanding access to health services for employees and dependents.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, nurse practitioners, health administrators, educators and IT professionals, insurance professionals and public health professionals.
