Needs Statement

Gastrointestinal Endoscopy is an evolving procedure with ongoing research and technical advances. The annual meeting of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy was held in May in San Diego this year. Many advances have been presented and this Report back was supposed to summarize the most important changes in this field within the last year.

 

Target Audience

This activity is intended for gastroenterologists.

 

Objectives

1. Discuss new devices for Gastrointestinal endocopy;
2. Discuss advances in pancreaticobiliary endoscopy;
3. Identify advanced imaging techniques in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
